Pet Butler was founded in 1988, providing professional pet waste cleanup and removal to residential yards, parks, and multi-family communities. The pet service industry is fast growing, and the recent shift to millennials being the largest population of dog owners provides Pet Butler with an exciting future with the opportunity to expand its services.

Pet Butler was formed to solve two objectives:

• To serve pets and their people, making life easier, more enjoyable, and safe.
• Provide a meaningful business opportunity to pet lovers who are looking for a way to give back to their community in alignment with our social mission.

The company has been franchising since 2005 and operates in 26 states.

• Spring-Green Enterprises, Inc. (SGE), the parent company of Spring-Green Lawn Care., a Top 100 Lawn and Landscape company and a national franchising organization, acquired the Pet Butler brand and franchise system in June of 2017.
• The Pet Butler national call center, marketing and technology services as well as the business support & training center are located in Naperville, Illinois.
• SGE currently owns and operates a local Pet Butler franchise location (in Plainfield, IL) which is used to refine and develop the franchise model.
