Please leave more than an adequate amount of food, litter, treats, leashes, etc. for your pet’s needs. There will be an additional fee for expenses incurred if we need to pick up supplies for your pet. Make sure your pet has a current ID tag and is up to date on their necessary vaccinations. Please provide an emergency contact who lives close and has access to your home.

Pet Butler Pet Care Professionals are trained, bonded and insured, including worker’s compensation. Our bonding and insurance protect you legally, but we don’t stop there. Our pet care professionals are pet lovers and treat each pet as their own. They understand the responsibility they have in caring for your furry friend and want you to be at ease knowing that your pet is in good hands.

What if my pet has an emergency?
If a pet appears to be ill, injured, or at significant risk of experiencing a medical problem while in our care, you give us permission to seek veterinary service from a veterinarian or a veterinary clinic. Your preferred veterinary services will be taken into consideration, however, other veterinarians or emergency care clinics may need to be utilized without notice or prior authorization.

What if I need to cancel my service?
We understand things happen and situations arise that require cancellation. There is no charge for cancellations 24+ hours prior to a scheduled appointment, just call us or cancel online.

Pet sitting and dog walking services are available 7 days a week, from 6AM - 10PM.

You are responsible for supplying the necessary, safe equipment/supplies needed for the care of your pet(s), including but not limited to: a sturdy, well-fit collar or harness for walking to and from the shuttle or in case of emergencies and treats restrictions, allergies, and/or medical issues. You authorize any purchases necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. You agree to be responsible for the payment of such items, as well as service fees for obtaining items, and will reimburse us within 7 days for all purchases made. We provide a leash. You represent that the dog(s) is/are free of any infectious disease and that the animal(s) are vaccinated for DHPP, Bordetella, Influenza, and Rabies. You represent that the dog is free of contagious parasitic problems, whether internal or external (including fleas and ticks), and is free of any contagious skin disorder.
