FAQs

  • We offer flexible schedules to fit your needs. Most customers choose poop scooping services once or twice a week, but we also offer every-other-week visits and custom schedules to suit your preferences.

  • Your technician will scoop and bag all pet waste, secure your gate, and take the waste with them. If local ordinances prevent removal, they will double-bag and leave it in a designated spot, such as your outdoor trash can.

  • Yes, please ensure your gate is unlocked before your service. For safety reasons, our technicians will not climb over gates. If you have a combination lock, provide us with the code ahead of time. If we can’t access the yard due to a locked gate or unfriendly dog, a charge may apply for the missed service.

  • During your initial cleanup, not all waste may be removed due to buildup over time. Don’t worry – our technician will continue the process during your next scheduled visits. After that, we’ll maintain your outdoor space on a regular basis to keep it clean and fresh.

  • Pet Butler loves pets, and we love taking great care of your lawn. To do our best possible work and to ensure the safety of our Field technicians, we request that all pets remain inside while we are on the lawn.

  • No, you don’t have to be home when our technician visits. As long as we can access your yard, we’ll take care of the rest! If you have a locked gate or need to provide special access, just let us know ahead of time by calling 1-800-PETBUTLER.
