Pet Care Professional

The Pet Care Professional role is great for animal lovers who enjoy working with pets. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who can work on their own and are dedicated to giving pets top-quality care.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Show enthusiasm for learning and using professional pet care skills, including pet care techniques, software, and best practices.
  • Be able to complete daily pet care visits on time while meeting customer requests and providing great service.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone with an active service plan.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.

In the Assistant Manager role, it is key to support the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient daily operations. Strong applicants are organized, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Optimize routing, scheduling, inventory management, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
  • Train, manage, and support technicians, including covering PTO and fostering a positive team environment.

  • Be able to use tools and equipment, including applying add-on services like Odor Eliminator.
  • Be efficient in completing daily routes on time while meeting customer expectations.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with the ability to safely drive company vehicles.
  • Follow state driving laws and company policies at all times.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
