What is your service area?
Please call us to determine if our pet shuttle services your area.
What are your hours of operation?
Scheduled hours of operation are:
Pickups: Monday – Friday at 6am – 9am
Drop Offs: Monday – Friday at 3pm – 6pm
How do we arrange pickup/drop off for our pet?
Prior to the initial shuttle pick up, we require a ten minute “meet & greet” consultation for each pet with the pet owner. Once the initial consultation is completed, you can call to schedule shuttle at any time. Additional consultations should be scheduled for any new pets we have not met. While we prefer the owner to be home at the time of shuttle services, we understand this isn’t always feasible, and therefore we offer absentee pick up. If your pet(s) qualify for absentee pick up, you will provide necessary access with instructions for entry to the home of which we will treat with the strictest of confidence. The pet will need to be kenneled or contained in an easy access area upon absentee pick up. We will not be able to collect the pet(s) if it/they is/are free in your home.
